Overseas Education aspirants, Professionals like Qualified Nurses, Paramedical professionals, Doctors, Engineers, Gastronomy etc. seeking employment and migration to the Federal Republic of Germany in Europe.
The users shall not use the data published in this site in order to create, display, upload, publish, update, store or destroy any material pertaining to the website of the company, including without limitation of our content.

• In violation of any law, rules or regulation applicable in the territory of India or elsewhere.
• In any manner that will be considered misleading, factually wrong, confusing or incorrect at the time of submission, before or later,
  In any manner that will be regarded as infringing the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of others or violate the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of others.
• Anything which belongs to another person and to which the user is not possessing any legal right to.
• Anything which is grossly harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of anothers privacy, threatening, abusive or hateful or objectionable, disparaging, relating encouraging money laundering or gambling or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever.
• Any content which Deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such message or communicates any information which may be considered grossly offensive or menacing in nature, impersonate another person or entity.
• Anything which contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of Indoisch computer systems or site or Indoischs users, customers computer systems or site.
• In any manner threatening the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states or of public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or insulting any other nation.
• It is to be hereby noted that Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. 

When you register with INDOISCH Site, it is hereby consented by your good-self that you understand and agree that the Company may disclose to third parties, on an anonymous basis, certain aggregate information contained in your registration application for the purpose of overseas education, recruitment and migration. INDOISH will never reveal to any third party your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number without your prior consent, except for the purpose of recruitment of a company, or when asked by any Governmental agencies and to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant.

INDOISH gives no assurance for any job or migration to the Federal Republic of Germany or any Country now or in the future. No assurance to get the University admissions in Germany or in any country for any course. No guarantee is given by INDOISH that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. It is hereby also understood and agreed that INDOISH cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Site or delivered via electronic mail through the Site will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. The responsibility for ensuring the implementation of sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the Site for the reconstruction of any lost data is all yours and not vested on INDOISCH. INDOISCH takes all due care in ensuring the privacy and integrity of the information you provide. Even then there may exist chances that this information could be unlawfully obtained by a third party while in transit over the Internet or while stored on INDOISH systems.
